The Rachael Ray Show – I absolutely LOVE watching The Rachael Ray Show. She has such a magnetic personality, and to top it off her food is DELICIOUS! Her recipes are easy enough, and most of them are accompanied by a handy dandy little “how to” video which helps goof proof your meal!
Allrecipes.com – This website is awesome. It lets you search for recipes based on ingredients you want OR ingredients you don’t want to include. For a picky eater, this is basically a gift from food Gods. Each recipe has tons of great user-pictures, comments, and feedback that can be really useful when trying to tweak a recipe to your liking!
Paula Deen & Friends: Livin’ it Up, Southern Style -This cookbook is one that has been in my families kitchen for years! I got it for my mom years ago for a birthday, and it has been so great! My favorite recipe from this book would have to be Chicken Divan! Sometimes I tweak her recipes, but she has a lot of good ideas and recipes that you can easily make your own to fit your picky taste!
The Food Network – I don’t use this website as often as the other two mentioned above, but I had to include it on this list because I think it’s great! They have organized their variety of recipes into easy-to-find categories such as “Game Day Snacks” .
The Mac + Cheese Cookbook – This cookbook is amazing! I got it for Christmas last year and haven’t gotten that much use out of it yet, but let me tell you – I can’t wait to get started! The beginning of the cookbook has a universal “Mac Sauce” that is simple, yet tasty! This simple sauce can be used for any of the unique recipes that this book offers. There are also side dishes and desserts included!
Spoon-Fork-Bacon – This blog is incredible!! I love the layout, organization, and (most importantly) the recipes! This blog is run by two women, Teri Lyn Fisher & Jenny Park. These ladies are so good at what they do! They only post original recipes, and you can find them easily in their recipe index!
